I’m posting this as the second part of my previous photoshoot, which took place at “Bensousan Han” (go check out The Lady is a Tramp for more details). We used the main rooms for this outfit as they looked just the right amount for creepy lol.
The top is a limited edition piece and one of my currently fav ones. I got it from the person that actually designed it – Chris is an artist and as I happen to know him personally, he once explained to me that there’s a whole philosophical perspective behind even the stamps he created. He defined his art as the “contemporary vision of the artist as for the contrast between the individual and the social existence – the contrast between a solipsistic and a pop/commercial view.”
And that’s exactly the point where I drop the interviewing part lol. But still, cool.
So, again about the top, it is a size Large and the last piece. And while I’m always crazy careful with sizes, I thought I could DIY this one. I cropped it, sewed the sleeves a bit and added the safety pin detail just to spice things up. It ended up looking really cool, I must say – I love the velvety patch.
I thought layering would look really nice here, so I put a tulle turtleneck underneath my t-shirt. It’s basically great if you get easily cold and can’t handle short sleeves in the winter, so it’s a win-win. Of course I put looks first and “safety” barely anywhere lol.
I really wanted this skirt and I remember I had no free time to go out shopping so I just picked a day that I could just pick this up from the store right after my gym class. As it turned out I had picked the wrong day – it was Black Friday and everyone was panicking over pretty much everything lmao. Needless to say I panicked, too, as I get really anxious when thrown in the crowd.
Funny story (nope) and not really relevant with the skirt but yeah. The skirt itself is really amazing though, it fits great and looks cute with everything – it’s not really a-line but quite bodycon as well so it made the t-shirt thing a bit more feminine.
I couldn’t think of anything other than fishnet tights to pair this look with. It might seem too much but, hey, have fun with fashion already 🙂
As this look was pretty edgy already I thought gurl go hard or go home and decided it would be nice if I drowned myself in jewelry. Some of these are vintage.
